Food – High‑efficiency LSR moulding The fully electric NOVA5e110T‑H1540 (1080 kN) injection moulding machine equipped with a Sytrama S8 robot and dedicated to liquid silicone rubber (LSR) moulding. In cooperation with the German manufacturer of hot runner and cold runner systems EWIKON, a 4‑cavity food‑grade muffin mould is produced. The cell represents a turnkey, highly automated solution, integrating a silicone dosing unit from the known German specialist for dosing equipment Binks Reinhardt-Technik which has his European headquarters in Kierspe, Germany, and a Ravizza Packaging bagging system, which automatically packs the finished parts, maximizing productivity, quality and process safety.
