The results in the first half of 2016 continue to rise.
After closing 2015 positively in terms of Turnover, profit and market share, and the continued improvement in the first six months of 2016, have enabled the management to accelerate its implementation of the “2020 vision” as laid out upon acquisition in 2014.
The initial stage allowed for a series of investments aimed at certain target markets whilst defining product portfolio and range. The fruits of this process you will see a glimpse of at the K Show this year.

The all new CANBIO ST from Negri Bossi was built to exceed all expectations in the servo-pump hydraulic powered injection molding machine class. The CANBIO ST combines accuracy, efficiency, and dependability due to the advanced technology improvements, which include the new GH4 series pumps from Bosch-Rexroth in conjunction with leading edge three-phase synchronous motors and drive from Baumuller.
A result of the new servo-pump design greatly reduces energy waste, lowers sound levels to 50dBa (comparable to a normal conversation), and is remarkably accurate. The hydraulic system optimizes the reduction of oil thermal stress generated by oil flow during movements, and also turns the pump on standby resulting in high energy efficiency. The system’s halved response times allow for faster and more accurate loop regulation, and an improved pressure overshoot control that minimizes material waste, which keeps part production costs down.
The CANBIO ST is fitted with the new TACTUS™ touchscreen controller equipped with resistive technology – a touchscreen that can be used even when wearing gloves – and Powerlink communication. The 21.5″ TFT LC display has a 1920×1080 resolution and features a fully industrial screen that can withstand the abuse of the industry’s harshest environments. An IP54 protective enclosure keeps the electronics safe from dust, moisture, and other contaminants that could lead to a premature electronic failure.
The Powerlink offers fast communication speeds of only 2 milliseconds as opposed to other systems which communicate at the rate of 4-8 milliseconds. The ergonomic design gives a 43% increase in screen real-estate from previous Negri Bossi controllers, features configurable options keys for quick selection, as well as a Favorites function. A synoptic dashboard displays machine information and vitals, and provides the ability to monitor previous and actual cycle visualization for immediate improvements of cycle settings.
The Negri Bossi AMICO monitoring software is a standard feature (US and Canada) for remote real-time machine monitoring, parameter modification, I/O configuring, production reporting, software version upgrades, and more.

Plastitalia S.p.A. is the only company of its sector to have a VH3500 Negri Bossi injection molding machine. Using smart designs and innovative techniques, the new machine will allow the processing of polyethylene fittings with a larger diameter than existing sizes.
Negri Bossi has strengthened its presence in Sweden with the addition of Quiptec, an agent that has more than 20 years of industry experience. To launch the collaboration, Quiptec hosted an open house at their Anderstorp location on June 15th and 16th.
