In compliance with the obligations that will be introduced with the definitive entry into force of EU Regulation 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act – CRA) for products with digital elements, and of the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, we are committed to ensuring the integrity, resilience and protection of the control software, HMI interfaces and connectivity modules integrated into our machinery.
Vulnerability management and reporting
In order to guarantee maximum operational continuity and prevent cyber risks in our customers’ production departments, we constantly monitor our systems to identify and correct any software bugs or vulnerabilities.
- For customers and users: in the event of suspicious software anomalies or potential security incidents on installed machinery, please contact our technical support service immediately.
- For security researchers and experts: to submit a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure report, please write to the dedicated email address: cra@negribossi.it
Our team will handle the report in accordance with the response times and centralised notification procedures established by the European authorities (ENISA / CSIRT).
