I am pleased to announce that Dave Dupell has taken the position as Parts Manager Negri Bossi North America.
Dave joined Negri Bossi in 2012 as a Field Service Technician and in 2015 continued his field Service role while also helping as the inside support service technician.
Dave brings an excellent customer service background to his new position to support our customers, service and parts. He has been in his new role as Parts Manager for 2 Months and is working closely with NB SpA and Sytrama, NB NA customers, NB sales & service teams and with our NBNA suppliers.
As Dave takes on his role, we look forward to expanding our customer service team and provide the support to meet our customer’s needs.

Negri Bossi & Sytrama North America
Negri Bossi will be present at MECSPE, the first Italian event of 2019, that will take place in Parma from the 28th to the 30th March. Negri Bossi enjoyed an increase in the Italian market share last year and attendance at this event clearly demonstrates the commitment we maintain for the domestic market.
On Hall 6 stand number D05 Negri Bossi will be exhibiting a new machine from the NOVA platform, a NOVA eT 100 tonnes, Euromap 490 injection unit, complete with Tactum Multi Touch controller.
The NOVA eT is a fully electric machine, designed for reliability and longevity. Amongst the key features are:
Self-lubricating linear bearings on the moving platen. This ensures the cleanliness of the die area, making the machine perfect for cleanroom environments.
Robust injection drive system with high speed, high load ball screws.
Significant energy savings when compared to conventional hydraulic drive solutions
Substantially reduced cycle times due to fully overlapping movements.
The range, from 50 to 350 tons, is equipped with the new TACTUM Controller, user friendly and innovative, with swipe and scroll function and a gesture navigation, which is fast and intuitive. During the event, the machine will produce an ice cream pot, in Polypropylene material. The molding weighs 25 gr and will be running in a cycle time of 5 seconds. The mold is produced by SCS srl Molds Construction Society, located near Ancona since 1989. Sytrama Automation, our sister company, will also be on the stand demonstrating a S7 Robot.
Established in 2003, MB Spritzgusstechnik in Marktoberdorf (Bayern, Germany), is an owner-managed company. MB develops and produces technically sophisticated injection molded parts from almost all common thermoplastics and recycled materials. The “passion for plastic” of the founder Michael Bechtel, who has more than 25 years of industry experience as a plastic mold manufacturer and plastics technician, is evident in all areas of the company. The factory is passionate about processing recycled materials and re-using raw material to extend life cycles.
MB Spritzgusstechnik ensures they have the most advanced plastic injection technology installed in their factory. This technology enables them to efficiently process recycled plastic to produce Industrial pallets. A 2nd Negri Bossi BIPOWER i2700P-H56000 has recently been installed: a two-platen machine with 27000 KN clamping force and injection capacity of 28 kg in HDPE. The machine is equipped with a servo electric screw rotation and special screw profile for complex recycled materials. A complete Sytrama automation cell with Kuka 6-axis robot completes the installation.
Injection Moulding Machine: The new BIPOWER i2700P-H56000 at MB-Spritzgusstechnik.
The injection unit is specifically designed to provide a homogenous and consistent melt quality of the recycled
material. This includes a special barrier screw with feeder aids to ensure optimal processing conditions.
The control interface of the BIPOWER model is ergonomic and intuitive, based on an intelligent, self-explanatory menu. Technicians do not require additional training or long learning phases, especially as the system is backed up with the support of the AMICO™ 4.0 system. Amico provides remote technical assistance ensuring a fast response to resolving queries or issues.
MB Spritzgusstechnik has 160 employees and 30 machines installed, and this latest investment in the BIPOWER machine is integral to a strategic move toward sustainable growth and technological advancement.

Negri Bossi will be present at Interplastica, first event of the year 2019 that will take place in Moscow from 29th January to 1st February 1. Negri Bossi’s annual attendance at this event is testament to its continued interest and support for the Russian market.

Negri Bossi celebrates the launch of its newest series of injection molding machines in Turkish market: the Nova at Plast Eurasia in Istanbul. At the event the highly technological Nova s700T with its innovative toggle system is shown, equipped with the FMC technology and complete with Sytrama automation.
The new design and upgraded clamp and injection unit of the Negri Bossi Nova sT range combines versatility, compactness and control. The only true multi touch controller, Motus, incorporates user friendly gesture navigation with total configurability.
Energy efficiency was at the forefront of the design consideration incorporating the very latest servo pump technology, purpose built for injection molding applications.
The FMC technology is an in-house development of Negri Bossi for a gas mixture with plastics, for a lightweight production of parts and it is specific for Industrial packaging and automotive sectors.
At the show, a mini pallet is produced with approx. 20% reduction in weight while maintaining the mechanical characteristics and surface quality in a good level.
Plast Eurasia is a central exhibition that attracts great interest from various regions from East Europe, Middle East and Africa, Russia and central Asia.
