2016 was another excellent year for Negri Bossi, both in the North American market and globally.\u00a0 Group sales were up 15% on 2015 and this has allowed us to continue with our investment plans for additional personnel, facilities and new products in our primary markets.<\/p>\n
In 2017, Negri Bossi North America will build a new technical center in Michigan.\u00a0 This facility will accommodate a sales office, warehouse and showroom where the Negri Bossi and Sytrama products will be available for demonstration.\u00a0 This facility also compliments the recent addition of MI, OH and IL based service technicians, along with a new direct salesperson in the IL\/WI territory.<\/p>\n
New products that made their debut at K2016 in October are now available in North America.\u00a0 We have high expectations for the Canbio ST range of machines and I am pleased to announce that 2017 will see the launch of several more exciting new products.\u00a0 Stay tuned!<\/p>\n
We have a positive feeling about our prospects for 2017 and are confident that we will continue to grow our business.\u00a0 Of course, this would not be possible without the continued support of you, our customers.\u00a0 So I take this opportunity to thank all our employees, customers, stakeholders and friends for your continued commitment to Negri Bossi.\u00a0 It is this support, combined with a clear determination that we provide the plastics industry with quality equipment and excellent after-sales support, which will lead to a bigger, better and more profitable future for us all.<\/p>\n
