Negri Bossi enjoyed an increase in the Italian market share last year and attendance at this event clearly demonstrates the commitment we maintain for the domestic market.<\/p>\n<p>On <u>Hall 6 stand number D05<\/u> Negri Bossi will be exhibiting a new machine from the NOVA platform, a NOVA eT 100 tonnes, Euromap 490 injection unit, complete with Tactum Multi Touch controller.<\/p>\n<p>The NOVA eT is a fully electric machine, designed for reliability and longevity. Amongst the key features are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-lubricating linear bearings on the moving platen. This ensures the cleanliness of the die area, making the machine perfect for cleanroom environments.<\/li>\n<li>Robust injection drive system with high speed, high load ball screws.<\/li>\n<li>Significant energy savings when compared to conventional hydraulic drive solutions<\/li>\n<li>Substantially reduced cycle times due to fully overlapping movements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The range, from 50 to 350 tons, is equipped with the new TACTUM Controller, user friendly and innovative, with swipe and scroll function and a gesture navigation, which is fast and intuitive. During the event, the machine will produce an ice cream pot, in Polypropylene material. The molding weighs 25 gr and will be running in a cycle time of 5 seconds. The mold is produced by SCS srl Molds Construction Society, located near Ancona since 1989.
